Summary of Position:
Provides direct clinical therapy services and participates in the coordination of behavioral health services for youth (5+) and adult clients by performing the following duties with a case load of 8-10/per week:
- Conducts intake assessments for all new clients
- Develops individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients
- Maintains clinical documentation/records as required by the Practioner’s Governing Board
- Administers best practice standards in all client sessions
- Establishes culturally competent mental health services
- Provides accurate diagnoses
- Provides client with community resources and referrals, when needed
- Provides education and support to family members of a client, when needed
- Participates in group clinical consultation
- Provides crisis intervention, when needed
- Manages their own availability and schedule
- Proficiency in EHR systems
- Performs other duties as assigned such as blog writing, Psychology Today management, etc.
