Private Pay & Membership Options

We offer flexible private pay and wellness membership plans to ensure you receive the support you need, even if you are not using insurance.

Private Pay

Private pay allows you to receive confidential, high-quality care without involving insurance. Many clients prefer this option for:

  • Greater privacy (no diagnostic codes submitted to insurance)

  • Increased flexibility in treatment approach and frequency

  • Ability to address wellness, life stressors, and preventive mental health; not just diagnosable conditions

  • Freedom to receive services insurance may not cover (integrative wellness, supplements guidance, consultation, coaching-based work, etc.)

Private pay rates vary by service type and provider. A Good Faith Estimate is available upon request in accordance with federal law.

Membership & Subscription Wellness Plans

For those who want ongoing access to support and accountability, we offer subscription-based wellness plans that may include:

  • Monthly therapy or coaching sessions

  • Medication management check-ins

  • Mind-body wellness support

  • Messaging support between sessions (where clinically appropriate)

  • Priority scheduling

Membership is a great fit for clients who want consistent support, including:

  • Individuals improving emotional wellness and nervous system health

  • ADHD & executive function clients

  • PMDD, PCOS, menopause, hormonal and metabolic mood concerns

  • Clients working on stress, anxiety, burnout, sleep, and lifestyle change

  • Families wanting monthly child or adolescent check-ins

Membership plans are not insurance and cannot be billed to insurance.

Out Of Network

Out-of-Network Benefits:

If we are not in-network with your insurance, you may still be eligible for reimbursement for services depending on your plan.

With Out-of-Network care:

  1. You pay for sessions upfront

  2. We provide a Superbill with required documentation

  3. You submit it to your insurance for potential reimbursement

  4. Reimbursify is available to help submit claims easily.

  • Greater confidentiality & control over your records

  • Ability to receive specialized care outside insurance limitations

Reimbursement varies by plan. Your insurer determines the amount.

How to Submit Out-of-Network Claims With Reimbursify

Reimbursify makes it easy to use your out-of-network mental health benefits and request reimbursement from your insurance company.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Create Your Reimbursify Account

  • Go to www.reimbursify.com

  • Download the Reimbursify app (iPhone or Android)

  • Create an account using your email

2. Add Your Insurance Information

Have your insurance card ready.

  • Enter your insurance company

  • Upload photos of the front & back of your card

  • Complete any required verification steps

3. Upload Your Superbill

After your session(s), we will provide you with a Superbill.
In the app:

  • Click “Submit a Claim”

  • Select mental health/therapy

  • Upload your Superbill PDF or photo

4. Confirm Your Details

  • Verify dates of service

  • Confirm provider information is correct

  • Enter the paid amount for the session

5. Submit Your Claim

Tap Submit — Reimbursify does the rest!

You will receive updates in the app as your claim processes.


💡 Helpful Notes

  • Claims usually take 2–6 weeks depending on your insurance

  • You can submit claims after each session or monthly

  • Keep your receipts / confirmations

  • Reimbursify can help fix denied claims for a small fee

✔ Superbill with ICD-10 and CPT codes
✔ Provider credentials & NPI
✔ Dates of service
✔ Payment confirmation
